All of my training plans are virtual, centered through the Final Surge Training Platform; therefore they have adapted well to COVID-19 restrictions. Assessments are done via ZOOM platforms, as are initial meetings beyond the no-obligation informational phone call. Strength programs have been adapted with body weight versions/options to be done from home; alternate cardio options are written when equipment access becomes an issue, and dryland swimming fitness is offered in substitution for pool training.
Any in-person assessments or group training with other Spectrum Performance athletes (coordinated via social media platforms) will always be done with social distance and safety in mind: masked, and outdoors when possible. Your safety is my number one priority!
